Shipping & Delivery


Please note in order to keep prices as low as possible for you some items are sourced from Multiple Suppliers.  This means you may receive multiple shipments at separate times. 

STATUS AND TRACKING

Order Status:

• Please log into your account to view your recent order history and tracking information. You can also refer to the shipping confirmation email sent from us to get a direct link to your tracking number.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for your tracking number to update. If your tracking states "Not Found" or "Pre-Shipment info has been sent to USPS," please allot the full 72 hours as packages are not initially scanned when they are picked up from our warehouse. 
• Please also note that USPS doesn't always scan the packages, but we guarantee that your order was shipped within the processing timeframes of receipt, excluding weekend and holidays. Regardless of if your tracking number updates, we ensure that your package was shipped unless we emailed you inquiring about an ambiguous address or out-of-stock style.

Order Processing:

• Orders are shipped within 48-72 hours upon receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping time frames given below are in addition to the normal processing times.
• Successfully placed orders with the correct email address will receive an order confirmation email with your invoice. If you do not receive an email, please double check your spam and the email you provided in your order - including typography errors such as ".con" rather than ".com." If you're still having trouble, please email us and we will do our best to help.
• If you would like to change the style or item of your order, please contact us immediately within placing your order. Our team will do our best to manually change the style for you. If your order is already packaged, we will not be able to switch out the styles for you.
• If you require an address change, please email us immediately. We will do our best to locate your order and change the address for you before it is printed. However, if your package is already sealed and ship, if it gets returned to sender, we will gladly ship it out to you once it gets returned to our warehouse.

Pre-Order Items

In some cases we also mark items for pre-order. A pre-order is an order that allows you to purchase an item that is arriving soon. These arriving soon items will be marked as “Pre-Order

USPS STANDARD SHIPPING 
• Is free for all order over $25. If orders are under this threshold shipping will be charged based on shipping address
• First class/flat rate shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after the shipping label is printed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide! To see if we ship to your exact location, please create an account with us and select your country from the dropdown menu. If you do not see your country listed, unfortunately it means we do not ship to your country at this time. Some international orders may be subject only to FedEx and not USPS, which may require higher shipping fees. We will email you if your order falls under this category.

International shipping rates starting at $10.95, depending on weight of the package and location of the receiver. Please allow 2-4 weeks for international Delivery
